Here we are, June already. A time of year that can often inspire reflection on a myriad of moments that have transpired over the year and generate excitement for what is to come. 

Without a doubt, Saint Paul RiverCentre is a dynamic hub where ideas collide and connections thrive.  Being able to have a sideline view into so many of these moments is without a doubt, one of the best parts of my job.

As I reflect on the past few months, I’m able to envision a pretty epic highlight reel of the partnerships forged and the dreams realized…all under one roof here at our venues. 

• Listening to the sounds of pomp and circumstance billowing out of the Legendary Roy Wilkins Auditorium, as thousands of students and families celebrated the milestone of a high school graduation.
   
• Witnessing the incredible power of communities coming together to support so many worthwhile causes at fund-raising galas in our Grand Ballroom.
   
• Feeling the palpable energy at countless business events where new products were revealed, new ideas were shared, and connections were had between attendees.
   
• Experiencing the smiles on the faces of so many that attended a show to fill their bucket, whether it be attending a Minnesota Roller Derby bout, finding that perfect fishing lure at the Ice Fishing show, tasting authentic food at a cultural celebration or dreaming of their summer adventures at the RV show. 

I hope as you think back on the past few months, you reflect fondly on the many events that you were a part of….and if we’re lucky, hopefully we played a part in supporting them.
