As we wrap up 2024, I’m delighted to share a sneak peek of some of the exciting upgrades happening behind the glass walls of Saint Paul RiverCentre.
As part of our commitment to a great service experience, our team spends an extraordinary amount of time discussing the power of place. It is an interesting topic – a very significant, yet often underestimated contributor to the customer experience. We experience the power of place through our five senses – what we hear, see, smell, touch, and feel. It is why we take time to focus on the details that leave a lasting impression on all who enter our doors, and to create a perfect location for their ideas and goals to come to life.
Over the past few months, our talented employees have been busy enhancing our spaces to ensure our venues are up-to-date, welcoming and refreshed, so those who attend events here have a world-class experience.
First up, enjoy a sneak peak of the beautiful flooring upgrades that have been installed in the William Morrissey Grand Ballroom, all fifteen meeting rooms, and our upper level concourses.
