Fans who purchase tickets on Ticketmaster and can’t attend will have the option to resell their tickets at the original price paid using Face Value Exchange. To protect the Exchange, Simpson has requested that all shows ticketed by Ticketmaster use tickets that are mobile only and restricted from transfer. A valid bank account or debit card within the country of this event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange. More information on Ticketmaster Exchange can be found here.

For safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags of any kind to events at Roy Wilkins Auditorium. Purses no larger than 12” x 12” x 6 are allowed and subject to inspection. Oversized bags including backpacks are prohibited.

Cash is not accepted. Only credit card and mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are accepted for concessions, retail and parking transactions. Only credit card payment is accepted for box office transactions.

Attendees are encouraged to park in the RiverCentre Parking Ramp which is located on Kellogg Boulevard and offers skyway access to Roy Wilkins Auditorium.
