Historic and Legendary. If these walls could talk, the stories that would be told. Built in 1932, the Roy has hosted a myriad of musical performances and events of all types. Home of the Minnesota Roller Derby and countless community events, the Roy has become a staple for events in Saint Paul.

Event Info

The Star of the North Invite, organized by Perpetual Motion Gymnastics, welcomes Xcel Bronze, Silver, and DP levels 3-5 gymnasts. This competition is a showcase of their talents, fostering a spirit of competition, camaraderie, and passion for gymnastics!

Admission Information: Admissions: Cash or Venmo*

Adult: $20
Seniors/Military: $15
Kids (6-17): $10
5 & Under: Free

Weekend passes available:
Adult: $35
Seniors/Military: $25
Kids (6-17): $15

*A $1 fee will be added to Venmo transactions.
Parking: Attendees are encouraged to park in the RiverCentre Parking Ramp which is located on Kellogg Boulevard and offers skyway access to Roy Wilkins Auditorium.

As the longtime executive director of the NAACP, Wilkins played a crucial role in landmark victories like the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965. His unwavering commitment to nonviolent activism helped shape a more just America. We are proud that his legacy lives on in Saint Paul as the namesake of the Legendary Roy Wilkins Auditorium.
