Historic and Legendary. If these walls could talk, the stories that would be told. Built in 1932, the Roy has hosted a myriad of musical performances and events of all types. Home of the Minnesota Roller Derby and countless community events, the Roy has become a staple for events in Saint Paul.

Applause Talent is a National dance competition for dancers ages five through adult.

Applause Talent’s journey began over 30 years ago in Ohio. Currently, we tour over 47 cities in the United States, bringing with us a great deal of fun, excitement and thrill that performers expect from a dance competition. We provide three different competitive levels with more than $30,000 awarded at our National competition alone. Today, the Applause Talent family has expanded and brings with it a vast amount of experience and knowledge that goes into producing world class events!

Parking: Attendees are encouraged to park in the RiverCentre Parking Ramp which is located on Kellogg Boulevard and offers skyway access to Roy Wilkins Auditorium.

‘Trees for Travel’ has taken root 🌲 We’re so excited to share we had our first event that participated in the new #TreesforTravel initiative. @McGoughCo was able to offset travel emissions equivalent to 12.6 car trips coast to coast across the US!
