The event phone number is for event information only. Advance tickets for many events may be purchased at the main box office (located in the southeast lobby of Xcel Energy Center) or at any Ticketmaster outlet. To purchase event tickets the day of the show, guests may visit the main box office or visit the box office in the building where the event is located.
Regular Hours of Operation:
September - April: 10 am - 6 pm, Monday - Saturday
May - August (summer hours): 10 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
The Saint Paul RiverCentre box office opens four hours before ticketed events on weekends. For event on-sales in the summer, on Saturday or Sunday, the box office opens at the on-sale time only.

Will Call:
Will Call windows open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled event and will remain open through a portion of the event.
Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license, and purchasing credit card if applicable. A signature is required from the person authorized to pick up the tickets.
Tickets are accepted at Will Call from Ticketmaster and MSE staff members. Will Call will not be received from the general public. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding Will Call tickets will not be given out over the phone.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available at the Saint Paul RiverCentre Box Office in any denomation. Gift Certificates may be used for any event that is ticketed by the Saint Paul RiverCentre Box Office, concessions in Xcel Energy Center or merchandise in the Hockey Lodge.
We will also take orders for Gift Certificates through the mail or via fax plus a $5.00 per order charge.
